How do I care for my new purchase?
Cleaning
pads are available through Jewelry with Love, Inc. Please DO NOT use
any cleaning solutions as they will "clean off" any blackened letters
in your piece. All purchases come with a cleaning direction card!

Can I have my ordered rushed?
Yes!! Please email us with your request and we will email you our rush rates and options!
I have an idea for a charm, but do not see anything like it?
No Problem! Email or call us and we can help your idea come to life!
My purchase is a gift, can you mail it to the receiver?

course! Just send an email note with your purchase, or make your
shipping address that of the receiver's. All purchases come wrapped
and can be accompanied by a note from you! Please let us know what you
